Logan Health

Logan Health - Cut Bank, previously Northern Rockies Medical Center, is announcing a new program for area families with children to access Montana-based pediatricians on evenings and weekends when the clinic is closed.

The clinic has partnered with Montana Pediatrics, a Montana-based telemedicine organization, to deliver pediatric-specific care beginning Friday, June 10. Families will have access to the Montana Pediatrics’ network every weekday from 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. and all day and night on Saturdays and Sundays.

“At Logan Health - Cut Bank, we are excited to partner with Montana Pediatrics as we know they share our values of providing a private, safe, and caring environment for our community,” said Heather Nunn, Rural Health Clinic Manager for Logan Health - Cut Bank. “Our clinic works hard to deliver as many services as possible so to expand and include after-hours pediatric care will be such an asset to our community.”

Montana Pediatrics helps fill gaps in care while maintaining existing patient-provider relationships.

“Our main goal after making sure each child is okay is to route them back to their primary care provider as soon as their office is open again, closing the loop in care and communication,” said April Malan, Montana Pediatric’s Director of Operations. “We’re excited for this opportunity to partner clinic-wide with Logan Health - Cut Bank to help families in the area feel like they’re never alone with a worry about their child on nights and weekends.”
